Fill cupcake liner 1/3 – 1/2 full
Coat corks with pan spray or dip in a cup oil or butter
Ensure legs are touching the bottom of the liner
Pressing too hard can cause legs to bend and Cork to tilt
Check Corks are still upright 2 – 3 minutes while baking, adjust if necessary
Cupcakes will bake faster - Baking times:
Jumbo: 16 - 18 minutes - - - -
Standard: 12 - 14 minutes
Use tongs to remove cupcakes from the pan and place on a cooling rack
Let cupcakes sit on the cooling rack for about 1 – 3 minutes
Use one hand to wrap around the cupcake and remove the Cork with the other hand or tongs
Once cooled, cupcakes can be filled with your favorite fillings
Chilled or frozen cupcakes are easier to work with
