Refund Policy

At Cupcake Cork, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your Cupcake Corks, you may return them within 30 days of the purchase date. Email us at Thecupcakecork@gmail.com to obtain an RA #. Cupcake Corks must be returned in complete packages (6 count). If multiple packages were ordered, all packages (6 count) must be returned. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at develop@forsalebyinventor.com and send your item to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
